అభిమన్యుడు పద్మవ్యూహాన్ని ఎందుకు ఛేదించలేకపోయాడు ?

పద్మవ్యూహం ...

మనకు తెలియకుండానే ఈ పదం మనం చాలాసార్లు వాడుతుంటాం . పద్మవ్యూహంలో చిక్కుకుపోయామని అంటుంటాం .. ఏదైనా సమస్యల్లో చిక్కుకుంటే .. పద్మవ్యూహంలో అభిమన్యుడిలా నా పరిస్థితి ఉందని చెబుతాం . కానీ అసలు ఈ పద్మవ్యూహం ఏంటి .. దీని వెనుక ఉన్న రహస్యం ఏంటి .. అభిమన్యుడి దాన్ని ఎందుకు చేధించలేకపోయాడు .. చూద్దాం ..

పద్మవ్యూహం అనేది యుద్ధంలో సైన్యం అనుసరించే వ్యూహాల్లో ఒక వ్యూహం . ఇది శత్రు దుర్భేద్యం . అతిరథ మహారథులకే అంతుపట్టని పరమ రహస్యం . సైన్యం దీన్ని అనుసరిస్తే .. ఎదుటి సైన్యానికి చెందిన ఎంతటి వీరులైనా ఇందులోకి ప్రవేశించడం దుర్లభం . ఒకవేళ ప్రవేశించినా మళ్లీ ప్రాణాలతో వెనక్కి వెళ్లలేరు . మహాభారతంలో పద్మవ్యూహం చేధించడం తెలిసిన వారు నలుగురే .. శ్రీ కృష్ణుడు , అర్జునుడు , ప్రద్యుమ్ముడు , అభిమన్యుడు . అయితే తల్లి కడుపులో ఉన్నప్పుడే తండ్రి చెప్పడం వల్ల అభిమన్యుడికి పద్మవ్యూహ ప్రవేశం మాత్రం తెలుసు .

ఈ పద్మవ్యూహంలో ఏడు వలయాల్లో రథ , గజ , తురగ , పదాతి సైన్యాలతో రూపొందిస్తారు . తామరపువ్వు ఆకారంలో సైన్యాన్ని నిలుపుతారు . ఎంత ధీశాలి అయినా పద్మవ్యూహాన్ని చేధించడం కష్టం .. ఒకవేళ చేధించినా మళ్లీ వెనక్కు వెళ్లలేరు . అభిమన్యుడి విషయంలోనూ అదే జరిగింది . పద్మవ్యూహాన్ని చేధించడం గజ వధ ద్వారా జరగాలని అర్జునుడు సుభద్రకు చెప్పాడు . ఆమె గర్భంలో ఉన్న అభిమన్యుడు దాన్ని విన్నాడు కాబట్టి పద్మవ్యూహాన్ని చేధించ లోపలికి చొచ్చుకెళ్లి కౌరవ సైన్యాన్ని కకావికలం చేశాడు .

అభిమన్యుడి ధాటికి కౌరవ సేన బెంబేలెత్తిపోయింది . అభిమన్యుడికి తోడుగా భీముడు , దృష్టద్యుమ్నుడూ , ద్రుపదుడూ , సాత్యకీ , విరాటుడూ పద్మవ్యూహంలోకి ప్రవేశించారు . అయితే వారిని సైంధవుడు అడ్డుకున్నాడు . అర్జునుడిని తప్ప ఎవరినైనా ఒక రోజు పాటు నిలువరించే వరం సైంధవుడికి ఉంది . దీంతో పాండవసైన్యం .. సైంధవుడి ధాటికి కకావికలమైంది .

అభిమన్యుడు కర్ణుడిని మూర్ఛిల్లపోయేలా చేశాడు . శల్యుణ్ణీ , దుశ్యాసనుణ్ణీ కూడా స్పృహ తప్పేలా చేశాడు . పలువురు వీరులను సంహరించాడు . అభిమన్యుడిని కపటోపాయంతో తప్ప మరో విధంగా నిలువరించలేమని ద్రోణుడు చెబుతాడు . యుద్ధనీతికి వ్యతిరేకంగా అభిమన్యుడిపై కౌరవ యోధులంతా మూకుమ్మడిగా ధాటి చేస్తారు . అతని రధాన్ని విరగ్గొడతారు . నిరాయుధుడిని చేసి బాణాల వర్షం కురిపించారు .

అయినా వెరువని అభిమన్యుడు రథం చక్రం తీసుకుని గిరగిరా తిప్పుతూ రెచ్చిపోతాడు . కౌరవ యోధులు దాన్ని కూడా ముక్కలు చేస్తారు . చివరకు గదతోనూ పోరాడుతాడు . కానీ ఒక్కడు ఎంత సేపని పోరాడగలడు . చివరకు దుశ్శాసనుని కుమారుడితో జరిగిన ముఖాముఖి యుద్ధంలో ఇద్దరూ ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోతారు . ఈ పద్మవ్యూహం గురించి పురాణాల్లో ఉంది . అలాగే .. కర్ణాటకలోని హలిబేడు హోయసలేశ్వర దేవాలయంలోని శిల్పాల్లో అభిమన్యుడు పద్మవ్యూహంలో అడుగుపెడుతున్న దృశ్యం ఇప్పటికీ ఉంది .

We use this word many times without our knowledge. We say that we are trapped in Padmavyuha.. If we are trapped in any problems.. we will say that we are in my situation like Abhimanyu in Padmavyuha. But what is this Padmavyuham actually.. What is the secret behind it.. Why Abhimanyu could not do it.. Let's see..

Padmavyuham is one of the tactics that the army follows in war. This is the misery of the enemy. The ultimate secret that is never ending for the guest maharathis. If the army follows this.. it is rare that any heroes from the other army will enter into this. Even if you enter, you can't go back with life. There are only four people who know how to perform Padmavyuham in Mahabharata.. Sri Krishna, Arjuna, Pradyummudu, Abhimanyudu. So, Abhimanyu knows the entry of Padmavyuha because of the father's saying when his mother is in the womb.

In this Padmavyuha, seven chariot, gaja, turuga, padathi are built with army. The army will be retained in the shape of a lotus flower. It is difficult to get the Padmavyuha even if it is so diligent.. If it is done, you cannot go back again. The same thing happened in the case of Abhimanyu. Arjuna told Subhadra that the Padmavyuha should be conducted through Gaja slaughter. As Abhimanyu in her womb heard it, he penetrated the Kaurava army to snatch the Padmavyuha.

Kaurava Sena has lifted the bembe to Abhimanyu's land. Bheemudu, Dishtadyumna, Draupadudu, Satyaki and Viratu have entered the Padmavyuha along with Abhimanyu. But they were blocked by Sindhava. Sindhava has the boon to make anyone stand for a day except Arjuna. With this, Pandavas army.. has become a kakavikala to Sindhava's land.

Abhimanyu made Karna fainted. Shalyuni, Dushyasanuni also made unconscious. He has killed several heroes. Drona says that Abhimanyu cannot be stopped in any other way except with hypocrisy. All the Kaurava warriors are silent against Abhimanyu against the war policy. His chariot will be broken. They made him unarmed and showered arrows.

Even then, Abhimanyu who does not know, takes the chariot wheel and rotates and gets enraged. Kaurava warriors will cut it into pieces too. At the end he will fight with the eagle. But how long can one fight. Finally, the two will lose their lives in a face-to-face battle with the son of the evil. It is in myths about this Padmavyuham. Similarly.. The scene of Abhimanyu stepping into the Padmavyuha in the sculptures of Halibedu Hoyasaleswara temple in Karnataka is still there.
